Edward A. Samayoa is an accomplished operations and financial professional with a proven track record in higher education and community leadership. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and Latin American studies, with a minor certificate in legal studies from the University of San Francisco. He is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at his alma mater, with anticipated graduation in 2026.

Edward’s career spans over 15 years, marked by significant contributions at prestigious institutions like the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and Stanford University. At UCSF, he serves as the Business Operations Manager for the Office of Communications and Community & Government Relations, overseeing budget management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Previously, at Stanford, he excelled as the Assistant Director of Student Awards, delivering expert guidance on financial aid and developing student-centered solutions.

Beyond his professional roles, Edward has demonstrated exceptional leadership within Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc., where he served in various capacities, including National Director of Expansion. His efforts resulted in the establishment and revival of numerous chapters nationwide.
